We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Broken Product
    If your product arrives damaged, please share a photo of the item within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll either offer an exchange (if available) or a full refund.
  • Product Not Available for Exchange
    If a replacement is not available for a damaged or defective item, a refund will be issued.
  • Wrong Product Received
    If you received an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a correction or refund.
  • Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Minor color differences due to screen/display settings
    • Late refund requests (after 48 hours of delivery)
    • Change of mind after order dispatch
    • Custom items (unless damaged)
